- - Carries out the administrative, financial, and technical affairs of the enterprise in accordance with the principles of law, regulations, directives, work programs, budget principles, and business management.
- - Collects revolving fund revenues obtained in return for external work and services performed by teaching staff and other personnel assigned to the educational-teaching research and application unit or department affiliated with our university within the framework of the revolving fund regulation.
- - Actively participates in the promotion, marketing, and organization of goods and services produced in our university units at the local and national level.
- - Makes contribution shares and travel allowance payments to our academic and administrative personnel who contribute to the goods and services produced by our university units, in accordance with the demands from the relevant units and the rates stipulated by law.
- - Carries out all transactions related to the procurement of goods and services requested for revolving fund activities, and pays the debt incurred on behalf of the enterprise to the rightful owners in accordance with the legislation after the service is performed or the goods are delivered.
- - Ensures the expenditure and accounting of grant amounts transferred in return for projects from the resources of the European Union or international organizations.
- - Arranges documents related to income and expenses and carries them out in accordance with the "Uniform Accounting" system.
